Covering
These machines are specifically designed to cover the rubber / spandex with yarn to provide is strength to rubber or spandex, control elasticity and improve their heat resistant nature. Commonly coverings are done for rubber or spandex with polyester or nylon.
Warping
The operation of warping machine is to wrap multiple string of yarn onto a single beam, this forms the entire width of the fabric (the warp). These beams to be used in the following production stage of weaving. This machine helps in effectively reducing the size of krill in machine and helps in maintaining proper tension during production process.
Needle Looms
These machines are sophisticatedly designed to weave the warp along with the covered rubber / spandex and weft yarn is used for properly interlocking warp yarn and covered rubber / spandex. For varying the size of the elastic number of threads in warp and covering are varied. This machine also provides us with the feature to vary the elasticity of the final product.
Finishing
Texture, elasticity, strength, rigidity and finesse required for various product varies depending on their end use and customer specification. To finish the product we utilize a combination of various chemicals and a number of processes to get the feel that is desired by consumers. We amend our processes to ensure the customer gets the appropriate feel of product every time, despite differing materials used in the manufacturing process. At SNF we do not use any hazardous chemical or ozone-depleting substances.
